alder & Co is a long established firm of accountants, proud to provide a complete range of fiscal and financial services and advice to over 800 clients in the UK and overseas. The firm was founded by WJ Calder in 1883 and, from its Southwark offices, served businesses and individuals in London and the Home Counties. |

Successive generations of the Calder family managed the firm until the early 1990's, through several changes of location in the London area. Although the last Calder retired in 1995, the family's legacy flourishes. Today, five dynamic, experienced partners lead a 22-strong team working in open-plan offices on London's Regent Street. Calders' partners are much more than auditors and bookkeepers. Each of the partners trained in-house as a general practitioner and carries the full complement of financial and taxation skills. Each partner also has special interests and expertise in particular branches of accountancy and business consultation, giving Calders an impressive breadth of experience across the broad ambit of the profession. We aim to build on the tradition and experience of the firm and remain flexible and reactive in the modern business environment.
